P009 → A/V Projections
Video material and still images created for live projections and collaborations during concerts and music sets. The content moves between abstract and organic - through shapes, materials, and their movement and interaction.
These projections exist in the liminal space between the figurative and the purely formal - where a skull becomes pure line, where organic structures reveal their underlying mathematical logic. Created for live performance contexts, the material responds to sound, to rhythm, to the unpredictable energy of shared space.
The work operates at the intersection of the biological and the digital, treating 3D scans and procedurally generated forms as raw material for visual improvisation. Each projection session becomes a collaboration between the predetermined and
the spontaneous.
The body as architecture, architecture as nervous system. Point clouds dreaming of solid form.
Organic geometries. Geometric mutations.
Forms dissolving into data, data collapsing into form.
Movement without destination. Pattern without repetition. Digital matter behaving like living tissue.
Topographies of the immaterial. Wireframe ghosts of biological memory.
Context
This material has been projected and/or live-mixed during performances at various Berlin venues including Babylon Berlin, b-flat, and Eufonia Festival. The images function as visual counterpoint - sometimes synchronizing with sound, sometimes deliberately working against it, creating tension between what is heard and what is seen.
